Sometimes we find things we think will help us grow our organizations or better yet, help us operate more efficiently. For some, NeighborLink is that that tool.
NeighborLink allows you to facilitate hundreds of projects and opportunities for your volunteers without the staff to be in the middle to manage all of those opportunities. Being a web-based tool, it's scaleable and can be adapted to any size city or community.
For organizations like Mission St Louis who are already deeply involved in a particular neighborhood serving the marginalized, they uncover all kinds of ways volunteers and their church partnerships could connect directly. The NeighborLink website allows them to have an environment that allows those connections to be made. Licensing our web tool to them so they could enhance their organizational offerings to partners was the way to go.
If you are already running a community development organizations and are doing your best to connect the local church to missional opportunities but having a hard time administrating those opportunities, then becoming a non-affiliate might be the route for you.
The Network community is available for support to non-affiliates if they need help along the way as well.
